One Class Per Week Monthly Membership $49 every month • 1 visit per Week • Clients may attend one class of the Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, or body boost classes per week within our franchise.
Unlimited Monthly Membership $79 every month • Unlimited visits • Our Unlimited Monthly Membership is good for unlimited visits of Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Body Boost at any location.
1-month Unlimited Classes $89 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • If you're only looking for a 1-month commitment, here's the plan for you. Get unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Body Boost for 1-month with no recurring payments.
Teacher Pass $199 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • Teachers can join us for unlimited morning classes of Stroller Strides, Strides 360, and Stroller Barre for Summer Break AND School Holidays throughout the year. Body Boost evening classes can be added for an additional fee. Total cost can be split into 3 monthly payments if desired.
Annual Unlimited Membership $790 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • This annual unlimited membership allows you to attend Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, Body Boost and virtual classes for an entire year. This also includes a free subscription to our FIT4MOM On Demand app.
Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

*Children remain in strollers for the duration of the workout, unless they are in Kindergarten or older. Mamas are welcome to take out babies that need to be fed or cuddled, but mobile children need to be in their seats for their safety as we move around the park throughout our workout.
